Money Back Guarantee

Btracking offers a 100 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our product and service for any reason and do not wish to continue using our service, you may return your device for a full refund within the first 100 days.

To request a full refund, please contact us with your request in one of the following ways:

  • Click the Help or Chat button on this website
  • Call us at (866) 233-0953, Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm ET excluding holidays

  • We will provide instructions to ship your device back to us. You MUST provide a tracking number for any devices returned to us; if the device is lost in transit, you will be responsible for the cost of the device. With a tracking number we might be able to track it down. Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt for us to test and verify that your device is in good working order and is eligible for the money back guarantee.

    A device returned with any of the following conditions is not eligible for the money back guarantee:
  • A device that has been opened, unless you have been specifically directed to do so by us
  • A device showing evidence of tampering
  • A device for which software has been edited or changed in any way by anyone other than Btracking
  • A device that has been used for a purpose for which it is not intended or designed for
  • A damaged device

  • Please note that if a device acquired under a No Equipment Fee tracking subscription (previously called the Free Tracker Plan) is returned to us in a condition that does not qualify for the money back guarantee, you will be charged the Buyout Fee (currently $99 or the then-current price, whichever is higher). The device will not be returned to you.
     
    Once verified, your refund will be issued to you within 5 business days.
